Full Tilt Poker to Offer Casino Games

Everybody has heard about Full Tilt Poker. The outstanding news we have to tell you is that the Rational Group, the company behind Full Tilt Poker and PokerStars, issued a press release confirming Full Tilt's plans to launch a platform for casino games. The Rational Group intends to expand their product offering by including games in casino style on Full Tilt Poker. They also stated that PokerStars will remain solely a poker games provider.

“While adding new games, we remain committed to building our leadership in poker with PokerStars and Full Tilt Poker and continuing to deliver the highest quality poker experience to players,” read the statement. “These new games on Full Tilt will provide more gaming options with the same high quality player experience, integrity, security, safety and support that players have come to expect from our brands. PokerStars will continue to offer a poker-only experience.”

The project will be massive and Full Tilt Poker will be re-branded as Full Tilt Gaming to expand its catalog of products. The company has a 12 year history of providing top class poker services online, and it has an experienced team of professionals dedicated to design and implement this new series of products.

These are great news for the online casino community, since the Rational Group is known for the high quality of their services. All of their graphics are crisp and vibrant, and their animations add realism to the gaming experience like no other brand. No details have been released about who will be the software provider, but we are hoping that the same group of engineers, programmers and designers already working for Full Tilt will do the work; it would certainly be refreshing to see a new face in the online casino world.

Another interesting point is that the Rational Group is joining online casino and online poker at a time where many are trying to separate the industries due to legalization issues in different parts of the world. Will online poker and online casino be able to coexist in places that rule out games of chance? We don't know for sure yet, but we are excited to see the new developments this venture will bring to the online casino industry.

Do you play at Full Tilt? Would you join if they also had casino games available? Let us know your thoughts!
