Gamble Game Feature In Online Slots

Some online slot machines include a gamble game. In this feature you can wager the winnings from the spin in a side game. If you win the gamble game your winnings are appropriately multiplied, but if you lose the gamble game then your winnings from the spin are forfeited. There are some general aspects about the gamble game you should know. The gamble game is optional and you are not compelled to activate it. The gamble game does not have any house edge since it offers mathematically correct odds. This article describes the gamble game in Microgaming and Playtech slots.

Microgaming offers two versions of the gamble game. Some of the latest slots have an advanced version. But since most Microgaming slots offer the traditional version, that is the version being described. There are two options available. You can wager the entirety of your winnings in the double option, where you have to guess the color (red or black) of the next card dealt. Or you can wager your winnings in the quadruple option, where you have to guess the suit (spade, heart, diamond or club) of the next card dealt. If you win, you can repeat the gamble game till you lose or till the specified gamble game limit is reached. This limit may vary from slot to slot and will be mentioned in the rules.

Playtech also offers two options once you activate the gamble game, but these are different from the Microgaming options. You can bet your entire winnings from the slots game spin or bet half the winnings and bank half. There are no options in the gamble game, which is different from the Microgaming one. You will be dealt five cards of which the first one will be face up and the others will be face down. You have to pick one of the face down cards. If it is higher than the face up card then your winnings are doubled. If it is lower than the face up card then you lose your winnings.

There is a temptation to go for the gamble game because it has a zero house edge, but this enthusiasm should be tempered. In the Microgaming version, if the winnings from the spin are more than the amount bet on that spin, avoid activating the gamble game. Otherwise take a call based on your risk propensity. In the Playtech gamble game it is prudent to bank half the winnings and stake only half in the gamble game.
